数字转型(digital transformation/DX)是2017年开始逐渐升温的概念。什么是数字化转型？

数字化转型的定义五花八门，各有道理，IDC对数字化转型的定义较为贴切：

数字化转型是利用数字化技术和能力来驱动企业商业模式创新和商业生态系统重构的一种途径与方法。

Digital transformation can refer to anything from IT modernization (for example, cloud computing), to digital optimization, to the invention of new digital business models. The term is widely used in public-sector organizations to refer to modest initiatives such as putting services online or legacy modernization. Thus, the term is more like “digitization” than “digital business transformation.”

Gartner defines the closely related term digitalization as "the use of digital technologies to change a business model and provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities; it is the process of moving to a digital business." Gartner finds parallels in the term digital business transformation, defined as "the process of exploiting digital technologies and supporting capabilities to create a robust new digital business model."

数字化转型是企业战略层面的概念，它并不是追求眼前效益的机灵战术。

其本质是用数字化技术对业务的重构、流程的重构和组织的重构。

数字化企业具备以下特点：

1、具备数字化市场战略和数字化运营能力。

2、渠道数字化和产品定制化。

3、业务智能化，实施按需而变的业务流程。

4、拥有敏捷的技术团队和敏捷的业务组织。

5、数据驱动业务，而不是业务驱动数据。

6、微服务和DeveOps成熟都非常高。

Digital business transformation is the process of exploiting digital technologies and supporting capabilities to create a robust new digital business model.

Digital transformation (DX) is as much about the transformation of how individuals work and the cultures of organizations as it is about technology. Its most difficult task is to change the way we think.

The biggest part of our digital transformation is changing the way we think.
